What brought you to Christ in the City?
With graduation approaching, I knew that I wanted to give of myself to God by doing a year of some kind of service. I had heard about Christ in the City, and after visiting and praying, I knew that it was the place I was supposed to be!
How has Christ in the City helped you grow?
Christ in the City has helped me grow to love the poor and recognize the dignity of all persons. I certainly knew of the dignity of the human person before, but now I have lived it.
A little bit about me
Aside from some summer breaks and travelling, I had lived in Northeast Kansas my whole life until coming to Philadelphia last year to serve as a missionary. I enjoy running, reading, the outdoors, and adventure. I love theology and philosophy so much that I studied them in college.
