My name’s Jonathan and I’m a 2nd year Christ in the City missionary from Forest Hill, LA.
What brought you to Christ in the City?
Ever since I said yes to God, my life has been shifted toward serving Christ in all people. The continual acceptance of His teaching led me to encounter a community that brought forth the program of Christ in the City. My desire continues to grow with service and love as I learn the mission of Christ in the City.
What are you looking forward to?
I am looking forward to the lifestyle change that is offered whether it comes from serving with the new community to assisting with people on the streets and to the open availability of adoring the Eucharist! I love meeting new people wherever I am, and this opportunity allows me to live the mission that God has set forth for me.
A bit about me
I am 22 years old from a village called Forest Hill, so the big city will be a very new experience for me. I love to play the guitar and piano as well as taking any new requests. I enjoy the outdoors and learning (and trying to live) about the lives of the saints. Most notably, I like the simplicity of what life offers and being present with everyone I encounter.
