I’m a 1st-year Christ in the City missionary from Louisiana.

What brought me to Christ in the City
The mission to serve. During my final year of college, I felt called to serve in a radical way. I saw Christ in the City as the perfect opportunity to serve in this way, and to learn what it means to truly love everyone that I encounter.
What I’m looking forward to
I’m excited to see how the Lord challenges me daily to grow during this year. Serving others and living in community are not easy things to do, but when we step out of our comfort zone and trust in the Lord, we can grow in ways that we’d never imagine. I can’t wait to begin this amazing journey with my fellow missionaries and friends on the street!
A bit about me
I was born and raised in southwest Louisiana, and I am a recent graduate of Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!) where I majored in Kinesiology. I am currently applying to medical school, with aspirations of one day practicing Emergency Medicine.
