I’m a 2nd year missionary from Berlin, Germany!
What brought you to Christ in the City?
After finishing high school, I wanted to go on mission. I first heard about Christ in the City through a podcast, and shortly afterward, I felt a strong desire to serve Christ by serving the poor as a missionary. I wanted to learn how to be Christ for others and how to see Christ in others.
How has Christ in the City helped you grow?
My year at Christ in the City has helped me recognize more and more that every single person has a God-given dignity and that they are worth being loved—even when they don’t realize it themselves. Over the past year, I’ve learned how to love and to see each person more like Christ.
A little about me…
I’m the fourth of nine children and come from a family in Berlin, Germany. I love drawing, reading, being outdoors, and playing/watching soccer. I am very passionate about nature and the beauty of it. That is why I love geeking out about random biological facts or just sit and watch animals that come my way.
