What brought you to Christ in the City?
I first came to Christ in the City doing a summer of service as a seminarian, but I was drawn to it almost a year earlier at SEEK 2023. I encountered Christ in the City at their booth there, and was moved by the personableness of the mission. I also wanted to enter into personal relationships with the homeless, to share God’s love with them, and to encounter God through them.
What are you looking forward to?
I’m looking forward to living in simplicity and poverty! Living in poverty helps to take away the distractions that luxury can sometimes create, and I want to live peacefully so that Christ can be my joy.

I love my family, I’m a dog person, but I don’t hate cats, I write and record raps, I love to learn, and I want to be a saint!
Where is your hometown?
My hometown is Abilene, Texas. Almost smack dab in the middle of Texas, depending on how you look at it.
