What brought you to Christ in the City?

I recently just graduated from high school, and throughout my senior year of high school I had planned on attending college. As I got closer to graduating high school, I felt like the Lord was calling and challenging me to something so much more than the typical lifestyle of a college student. As I was finishing my senior of high school I felt the call to look into Christ in the City. I firmly believe that the Holy Sprit lead me to Christ in the City.

What are you looking forward to?

I am looking forward to the opportunities that Christ in the City will give me to grow in my Faith and the opportunity to become a better Catholic man. I am also looking forward to the gift and blessing of living in community with other Catholic missionaries while at Christ in the City. I know there will be countless gifts and blessings while in Denver, but I also look forward to the challenges as well that will come my way to help me grow.

A bit about me

I was born and raised Catholic, and come from a family of nine. I have lived in Nebraska for my entire life, and my hometown has a population of 800 people. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and I love getting to meet new people. In my free time I enjoy spending time outside, playing cards, going for runs, and playing sports. I will always be a Nebraska Cornhusker fan, and will always love the state of Nebraska!

everyone deserves
to be known & loved

If you join me in the mission as a monthly supporter, you will also become part of Known & Loved, Christ in the City’s monthly giving community! We are so grateful for our monthly supporters and their consistent generosity which makes it possible for us missionaries to be formed and reach out the homeless all year-long.
